Champagne Extra Brut Grand Vintage 2015
The grapes were carefully selected to create this 2015 Vintage Champagne. After the first fermentation, as required by the Classic Method, the wine is fermented again in the bottle and remains here for a period of 6 months on the fine lees, which release aromas and compounds that make the wine softer and more balanced.
In the blend we find Pinot Noir which gives elegance and finesse to the Champagne together with Chardonnay which gives softness and Pinot Meunier which gives great acidity.
The perlage is fine and persistent and the colour brilliant. The nose releases fruity and floral aromas accompanied by hints of pastry.
In the mouth it is enveloping, lively and elegant.
