Mata Rosé is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine made exclusively from Aglianico grapes. Its distinguishing feature is its light pink colour, enriched by a delicate effervescence that lends liveliness and elegance to the wine. It has an aromatic complexity that invites one to further explore its unique character. 

The production process begins immediately after the grapes are harvested by hand, with a gentle pressing of the whole bunches. Next, the must undergoes an initial alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12°C. After this initial fermentation, the wine passes to the "tirage" phase, which is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle in close contact with the yeasts for a minimum of 48 months.
