Mas La Chevaliere Chardonnay is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from two vineyards: Peyroli and Roqua Blanca. The Peyroli vineyard, located at an altitude of 400 metres on clay-limestone soils, is entirely dedicated to Chardonnay.
The vinification of Mas La Chevaliere Chardonnay combines traditional Burgundian techniques with a modern approach. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a soft pressing. The must is then fermented partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels.
It is a perfect wine to enjoy on its own or in company, as an aperitif or during a meal.

perfume: Intense and inviting, with aromas of white fruit, citrus, white flowers, butter, hazelnut and vanilla.
Taste: Fresh and mineral, with a good structure and a long, persistent finish.
