Liqueur au Calvados Coeur Du Breuil 70cl
Liqueur au Calvados "Coeur du Breuil" is the first light liqueur created by Chȃteau du Breuil, starting in 1999. It is a blend of apple cider, sugar and Calvados.
The production of this liqueur begins with the selection and processing of apples, which are carefully treated to extract both the pulp of the fruit and the must. The must is then macerated for at least 6 weeks so as to reach the minimum alcohol content to start the distillation process.
A fruity and refreshing liqueur is thus created, perfect to satisfy even the most discerning palates.
Features
Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: elegant and pleasant, with fruity notes of baked apple, quince and dried dates.
Taste: soft, light and fruity, with hints of baked apple and apricot.
Suggestions
In addition to being an essential component in many cocktails, this liqueur is also suitable for drinking on its own or as an accompaniment to fruit salads or fruit pies.
