Vino Spumante Oltrepò Pavese Doc Brut
To make Pinot Nero Spumante Brut - Le Fate, the grapes undergo a light pressing, after which the must is enriched with selected yeasts and placed in an autoclave for frothing.
The result is a fresh, fragrant sparkling wine with a brilliant colour and delicate, slightly persistent bubbles.
The selected Le Fate are ideal sparkling wines to accompany festive moments, products that express the characteristics of the grape variety. They are soft on the palate, with good freshness and flavour.
