Le Fate Riesling is a brut sparkling wine made from the exceptional white Riesling grape variety, capable of expressing all its power. The sip is fresh and pleasant, ideal for an aperitif or after dinner. After a light pressing, the must is enriched with selected yeasts and placed in an autoclave for frothing.
