Labianca 2022
Labianca wine is a new label produced by Cantine Lunae in the Colli di Luni area in Liguria. It is based on Vermentino to which a small part of Malvasia is added, which brings fruity flavors.
Grapes ferment in steel vats at a controlled temperature and the wine ages a few months in steel before bottling.
Features
Colour: bright straw yellow.
perfume: fruity, peach, lime, pear, a hint of herbs.
Taste: lively, medium-bodied, balanced, savory.
Suggestions
It is perfect paired with appetizers and finger food.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fresh cheese.
