Athesis 2020 Metodo Classico Brut DOC
The vinification of the three grape varieties involved in the blend takes place separately at a controlled temperature. After the first fermentation, the wine remains in contact with the yeasts in steel tanks for several months.
The liqueur de tirage is then added to the cuvée.
The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, according to the Metodo Classico, where the wine remains for at least 24 months before being disgorged and put on the market.
Brilliant straw yellow in colour, the nose has fruity hints of peach and citrus, with notes of pastry and dried fruit.
On the palate it is fresh and lively, very elegant and persistent.
