K White 2023

The white wine K White has a delicate body and a lively and refreshing taste, it is obtained from a perfect blend of 3 great vine varieties of French origin, grown on the hills around Lake Caldaro in the province of Bolzano. Each grape variety contributes to the final taste. Pinot bianco is delicate and refined with floral aromas; the Chardonnay is fruity and round; Sauvignon blanc, on the other hand, brings acidity and verticality. The grapes come from young vineyards located between 450 and 600 meters above sea level and are vinified with the idea of producing a light, fresh, easy-to-drink wine.

The grapes are harvested by hand, are pressed and the must is clarified by natural decantation. It then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. The wine ages for 4 months in steel tanks in contact with its own lees.
