Hanami Rosato 2023 Bio

This Hanami rosé is a wine made exclusively from Merlot grapes, one of the most suitable grapes for producing rosé wine due to its marked acidity. 

After harvesting, the grapes are placed in steel vats and left to macerate with the skins in suspension at a temperature of 0-1°, allowing the soft pink colour that characterises this wine. 

The nose has fruity peach and floral aromas, with pleasant citrus notes. 

On the palate, yellow-fleshed fruits, as well as blueberries, exotic fruits and citrus fruits are denoted.
