Granato Teroldego Foradori 2021 Foradori
A 100 % Teroldego-based grape, cultivated in Trentino Alto Adige on alluvial soils of Noval, Regin, Pedot, with Trentino pergola, following biodynamic principles.
After being carefully selected and destemmed without crushing, the grapes ferment with the yeasts in open vats and macerate on the skins for 20-30 days, finally maturing in acacia barrels for 15 months and in cement vats for a further 2 months.
The resulting wine is a great red wine, balanced, fresh, broad in the mouth and palate and very intense.
The name of this wine originates from the relationship created between the vine and the pomegranate.
