Ghirada Gurgurò 2019
The name derives from the place where the vineyards are located, 730 meters above sea level on granite territory.
The Mamoiada area can boast history and a great vocation for viticulture especially in times of climatic difficulties linked to global warming.
Sea breeze and great altitude allow for healthy and ripe grapes, ideal for a Cannonau of spirit and dynamism.
After the manual harvest, the wine ages in third or fourth passage oak barrels.
Sometimes we are not enticed by a glass of Cannonau thinking about the loaded and heavy ones of the past, instead it is with these wines that we want to interrupt a trend linked to the past, making us understand the great modern explosiveness that this vine can give.
