Fratini Bolgheri Superiore 2019
Fratini is a Bolgheri Rosso Superiore DOC whose blend includes the international grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, carefully harvested by hand and fermented with only the indigenous yeasts present on the grapes themselves. The wine matures in oak tonneaux for 18 months. Deep purple-red in colour, it releases aromas of red fruits, berries, spacing and herbaceous hints. On the palate it is complex with a long persistence.
