Franciacorta Brut Rosé 2018
Franciacorta Bellavista Rosé is obtained from more than 30 vineyard selections. A complex blend with base wines from several vintages, some of which have fermented and aged in wood.
The relevant percentage of Pinot Noir in the blend, beyond giving the pink hue, gives the wine an important structure that makes it ideal as a table wine and not just an aperitif or a toast. Once the cuvée has been created, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method and the sparkling wine ages on the lees for 4 years.
It is dosed with 6 g / l of sugar.
