Audens Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio zero
Audens is a sparkling wine that is produced in the Franciacorta area in the Le Marchessine winery, which was founded in 1985.
The grapes used are Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, which are fermented in steel containers, where the first fermentation takes place. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico. Before disgorging, the wine is matured on the lees for 24 months.
The nose is a sparkling wine with a very broad aromatic range: from fruity white peaches to almonds, pastries, bread crust and hazelnut.
The bubbles are fine and lively, the sip is savoury but also fresh and creamy.
