Falanghina Le Sorbole 2021
Le Sorbole is a Campania crisp white wine based on Falanghina grapes. It is a modern interpretation of a light wine to drink young and enjoy for its drinkability and fragrance of the floral and fruity notes.
Alcoholic fermentation of the free-run must occurs in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is bottled after a few months with no oak aging, in order to preserve its lively flavors.
Features
Colour: straw yellow with a greenish rim.
perfume: lemon peel, white peach, wild flowers.
Taste: medium body, well-balanced, refreshing.
Suggestions
To be enjoyed in youth in medium size glasses. It can be served as an aperitif or paired with vegetables for seafood.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster.
