Falanghina del Sannio Janare 2022
Falanghina del Sannio Janare comes from 120 hectares of vineyards located in the hills of Benevento at different altitudes from 150 to 400 m above sea level. The soil is calcareous-clayey and the climate is mild with accentuated diurnal temperature range that favor flavor compounds development.
The grapes undergo a cryomaceration in the absence of oxygen before being pressed. The free run must ferment in steel vats at a low temperature. The malolactic fermentation is not carried out and the wine is bottled with no aging.

Taste: full body, balanced, fresh and savory.
Suggestions
It is best appreciated in its youth, after having chilled it, in medium-sized glasses. Try it with fried shrimp and squid or fried mozzarella cheese.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
