Eterno 2021

Eterno red wine was born from the desire to create a wine with a new taste, which can attract and fascinate from the first impact. It all plays on concentration: at sight the color is deep, almost inky, at the nose aromas are pronounced and ripe, on the palate the wine is dense and rich. All this is obtained thanks to a slightly late harvest, so as to pick very ripe grapes, with sugar concentration and particularly sweet aromas.

The harvest is late, very ripe and concentrated bunches of grapes are picked by hand. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation and wood aging in wood.
