El Mayor Blanco Tequila 70cl
El Mayor Blanco is a premium Tequila made from 100% Agave blue.
Family yeast, passed down through generations, is used for fermentation. El Mayor is one of the few distilleries still using this technique.
Fermentation is followed by a double distillation, after which the tequila is bottled.
Features
Colour: clear and bright.
perfume: clean, floral and spicy.
Taste: light, crisp, clean and fresh with a full flavour of agave, floral and pepper notes.
Suggestions
Excellent for the preparation of special, classy cocktails, such as a Mexican Mule or a Cran-Apple Collins.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish.
