Curtefranca Bianco Convento S.S. Annunciata 2017

The single vineyard S.S. Annunciata takes its name from the neighboring convent located on Monte Orfano, right in the center of Franciacorta, and it was the friars who wanted Bellavista as a partner to bring this 5.45-hectare vineyard back into production. The vineyard is divided into two parcels with different soils, which, in order to be preserved to the maximum, undergo harvesting and fermentation separately.

They are blended after alcoholic fermentation and the wine ages in 228 liter barriques for one year followed by 2 further years of bottle aging.
