Cuis Brut 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs (con astuccio)
Cuis 1er Cru Champagne Blanc de Blancs is an elegant wine with great refinement and aromatic complexity. The grapes are harvested and pressed by hand and alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 6-8 months in the bottle, with subsequent cold stabilisation. After this resting phase, the wine is very lightly filtered through clay.
The colour of the wine is a transparent straw yellow, with a striking perlage and a long persistence of the characteristic floral aroma of the Chardonnay grape, which evolves into a pleasant bouquet of citrus fruit notes. Cuis' terroir-like metallicity emerges at the end with the typical spicyness of the yeasts.
This champagne is ideal to accompany formal and refined aperitifs. Excellent with hearty seafood crudités, but also sensational when paired with creamy cheeses. On the palate, it is characterised by a round, harmonious, balanced taste and a pleasant mineral persistence.
Maturation on the lees varies from 24 to 30 months, depending on the structure of the wine, and disgorgement takes place 3 months before release. The attention to quality and care in production means that this wine expresses the best of the Cuis area, representing a unique and unforgettable taste experience.
