Côtes de Provence Rosé “Esprit Gassier” 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
Directly from Sainte Victoire in Provence comes Esprit Gassier, this rosé from the Côtes de Provence, made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle.
Harvesting is mechanical and the grapes undergo direct pressing followed by settling at a low fermentation temperature. Both vinification and ageing are carried out in steel.
Features
Colour: pale peachy pink.
perfume: fruity and spicy, with notes of pear, yellow melon and pepper, followed by light herbaceous notes.
Taste: soft, savoury and with a spicy finish.
Suggestions
To be enjoyed as an elegant aperitif by the pool, accompanied by fried squid, vegetable tempura and shrimp cocktail.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, pizza, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
