Cognac Cep d'Or 70cl

Cognac Cep d'Or Jean Fillioux represents the excellence of distillation, a distillate that embodies the tradition and craftsmanship of the Juillac-Le-Coq region. Made exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes, this cognac is distinguished by its complexity and finesse.

It is distilled using charentais stills in a two-stage process: the first firing generates a brouillis with an alcohol content of around 28°-30°, while the second, the bonne chauffe, brings the distillate up to 70.5°. Subsequently, the spirit is aged for a minimum of 13 years in French oak barrels, 90% of which come from Limousin, skilfully selected by the maîtres de chais Christophe and Pascal.
