The harvest of the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, used to make Château Bonnet Rouge Bordeaux AOC, took place in mid-September. During the harvest, the grapes were carefully selected to ensure the highest quality of the end result.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks and is followed by ageing in steel tanks and barrels.
Features
Colour: dark ruby red with violet reflections.
perfume: black and red fruit, especially black cherry, with spicy notes.
Taste: soft, round and vibrant, robust tannic structure, refreshing acidity, well balanced.
Suggestions
It is an excellent aperitif red, to accompany cured meats and cheese boards.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, vegetarian dishes.
