Chartreuse V.E.P. Verte 1 L (con cassetta di legno)
It is produced in France in the Rhône-Alpes region by the monks of the Carthusian order from 130 herbs, using the traditional Chartreuse method. The process is very complex and takes several weeks to complete, in fact the 130 ingredients must be ground and the roots and some of the barks dry-distilled. After the various processes have been completed, our product ages for 8 years in oak barrels.
The end result is exceptional, it is no coincidence that we are talking about one of the best and most famous liqueurs in the world, complex, elegant soft and surprising both to the nose and to the mouth, of great balance and harmony.
This product originated around 1600, when the monks of the Grande Chartreuse found an ancient manuscript bearing the title 'elixir of long life'.
