Alto Adige Chardonnay 2022
About forty years ago, the San Michele Appiano winery had the merit of having vinified pure Chardonnay for the first time in South Tyrol. Since then this wine has experienced increasingly happy seasons. The vineyards grow at an average height of between 400 and 500m above sea level around Appiano and near Lake Caldaro. The manual harvest and selection of the grapes takes place at the end of September; vinification and aging take place in steel.
