Champagne Theodorine Rosè Brut Box da 6 bottiglie
Champagne Theodorine Rosé Brut takes its name from Théodorine, the family's ancestor and daughter of winemakers.
It is the result of blending three grape varieties: Meunier, Pinot noir and Chardonnay. The vines have an average age of 35 years and are cultivated according to methods with low environmental impact and total respect for nature.
After harvest, the grapes are pressed using a traditional press and each grape is placed in a separate vat, divided by cru and plot. Following blending and mousse-taking, which takes place in the bottle, this Champagne is aged for three years on its lees, in the bottle.
Features
Colour: salmon pink with fine and persistent perlage.
perfume: strawberry and raspberry, floral hints accompanied by a hint of cinnamon.
Taste: fresh, savory, well balanced with a citrus finish.
Suggestions
An excellent rosé champagne to serve as an aperitif in ballon flûte glasses. For an out-of-the-box pairing, we suggest you try it with some mortadella. You will not regret it!
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
