This Champagne is produced in the region of the same name, between Sézanne and Cernay-les-Reims, with production developed and guaranteed with respect for the environment and family values. The grape blend is divided into 60% Chardonnay (Sézanne and Cernay-les-Reims), 40%
of Pinot Noir Premier Cru, the grapes are cultivated according to sustainable agriculture with HVE and VDC certification.
Cuvée préstige - brut is produced according to the champenoise method with an ageing period of more than 48 months.
A Champagne, with a dosage of 35 g/l, fresh, refined and with character that surprises with its pleasant character and its richness in aromas and taste. The reserve wine is 24% Solera from Cuvée Préstige.
Features
Colour: Brilliant straw yellow with delicate green reflections. Abundant and persistent mousse. Fine cordon fuelled by numerous bubbles.
perfume: The first nose presents notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, pineapple, peach and quince. The bouquet is complex and expressive with mineral and citrus notes that fade to notes of dried fruit.
Taste: On first sip, the attack is frank and creamy. The taste reveals powerful roundness and a pure freshness that enhance the balanced structure. The finish is well supported by a fine, silky persistence that develops in length.
