    Champagne Blason Rouge Rosé Brut

    This champagne originates in the region of the same name, between Ludes, Mailly-Champagne, Chigny-les-Roses and Cernay-les-Reims, with production developed and guaranteed with respect for the environment and family values. The blend is divided into 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir Premier Cru (of which 10% champenois red wine), 10% Meunier Premier Cru, the grapes are cultivated according to sustainable agriculture with HVE and VDC certification. 

    BLASON VERT -Demi Sec is produced according to the champenoise method with an ageing of over 24 months.

    A rosé Champagne, with a dosage of 7.8 g/l, fruity and with character.

    Features

    Colour: abundant, fine and compact mousse with rapid evanescence. Very fine and persistent bubbles. Salmon-pink colour of medium intensity, brilliant.
    perfume: a seductive bouquet with indefinable notes of red fruit berries that recall the characteristics of the grape variety.
    Taste: dry, medium-bodied, well balanced between softness and freshness, savoury, lingering finish with an elegant mineral note and hints of raspberry and ripe cherry.

    Suggestions

    Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C, in a wide flûte such as Rastal Exilles 42. We recommend accompanying it with Italian-style hors d'oeuvres of cured meats, smoked char, pasta dishes with tomato sauce and stewed white meat main courses.
    Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat.
