Champagne J.H. Quenardel Blanc de Noirs Brut
This Champagne is produced in the region of the same name, between Ludes, Mailly-Champagne, Chigny-les-Roses and Cernay-les-Reims, with production developed and guaranteed with respect for the environment and family values. The blend is 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir Premier Cru (of which 10% champenois red wine), 10% Pinot Meunier Premier Cru, and its grapes are grown according to sustainable farming methods with HVE and VDC certification.
BLANC DE NOIRS - BRUT is produced according to the champenoise method with an ageing period of more than 24 months.
A great Champagne, defined as an iron fist in a velvet glove, surprising in its balance; its dosage is 7.5 g/l.
Features
Colour: brilliant straw-yellow colour interspersed with delicate greenish reflections. The mousse is fine, abundant and persistent.
perfume: The fine, complex bouquet reveals intense yellow fruit notes of peach and apricot on the nose, which fade to more tonic aromatic notes of pomelo and currant.
Taste: The flavour has an elegant structure characterised by an immediate freshness that then leaves room for the perfectly balanced aromatic intensity. It closes with a long taste-olfactory persistence on exotic notes such as lychee.
