Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut, launched in 1981, is born from 15 crus and from the perfect combination of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes rigorously selected to keep only those that have both good maturity and low acidity, to allow the wine to reach its desired balance without adding sugar. The addition of one or more reserve wines to the blend completes the definition of the champagne which has an ideal minimum aging of 6 years.
