    It is the Champagne Tradition by Larnaudie Hirault in a non-dosed version, preferred by purists looking for a light and essential taste. It comes from the northern slope of the Montagne de Reims, where the cool climate allows us to harvest grapes with high acidity. The absence of dosage highlights the characteristics of the territory. The three grape varieties of Champagne are used in equal parts and this creates a perfect balance in taste. Its slender personality makes it perfect as an aperitif. However, it is a Premier Cru Champagne, so the grapes come from vineyards in suitable areas. In addition, the Larnaudie family manages the vineyards with principles of sustainability and is converting to organic farming. All in all, Champagne Tradition Larnaudie Hirault, both in Brut and Pas Dosé versions, is always reliable.

    All the grapes are harvested by hand. They are processed separately by variety. The free-run must ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method and the Champagne ages on the lees for a prolonged period. It is not dosed.
