Champagne Brut Grand Rosé
This Champagne produced with Grand Cru grapes is a blended rosé, meaning that a small part of red wine is added to the majority of white wine from Chardonnay before the second fermentation. In particular, it is a red wine obtained from Bouzy's Pinot Noir, the best in Champagne. The result is a wine with an extremely fruity and captivating aroma and taste but maintains the fresh and vertical character typical of the village of Le Mesnil and also typical of the Encry style. This makes it extremely versatile for consumption occasions.
The base wines are obtained by fermentation in stainless steel at a low temperature. The malolactic fermentation is carried out only partially. The cuvée includes 5% of Pinot Noir red wine and aging on the lees is 3 years. After disgorgement, the Champagne is dosed with 3 g / l of sugar.
