Champagne Brut Collection 243 (with own box)
Carefully selected grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are vinified separately. After blending the base wines, 34% reserve wines from six different vintages are added and left to mature in wood.
The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, where the wine remains on the lees for at least 4 years before disgorging.
This Champagne is complex and elegant, with fruity notes well balanced with notes of pastry and dried fruit.
