Chianti Classico Bio 2019
The vineyards are located about 250 meters above sea level, after the harvest, pumping over and punching down are carried out to extract all the noblest matter of the grapes.
The refinement takes place in oak barrels for 12 months.
The classic Chianti of Casale dello Sparviero is a wine of presence and strength, an almost pure Sangiovese which, thanks to a 5% Canaiolo, manages to release aromas and a more delicate fruit.

perfume: black cherry and plum, wet earth, licorice and black pepper.
Taste: decisive, clear and ample fruit from a great Chianti Classico, then muscles and tonnage arrive, persistent finish.
Suggestions
It is immediately ready to be opened but can also remain in the cellar for 7/10 years.
Recommended with: meat sauce pasta.
