Carignano del Sulcis Buio 2021
Carignano is a Spanish black-berried grape variety but has acclimatized in the Sulcis area and Sardinians consider it native. It produces wines with good acidity, color and tannins. Carignano del Sulcis Buio is produced with the aim of an easy drinkable wine, limiting the extraction of tannins.
The grapes ferment in steel vats with a maceration of 9-12 days. The wine ages in steel for 6 months.
