Cabernet Sauvignon Casillero del Diablo 2021

Cabernet Sauvignon Casillero del Diablo is a Chilean red wine, produced by Concha y Toro. The grapes come from different areas of Chile such as Rapel, Maule and Maipo in the Central Valley south of the capital Santiago. It is considered the most suitable area in Chile, with a warm climate. But the proximity of the Andes guarantees water resources, due to the waters that descend from the mountains, and the right refreshment. The harvest is partly manual and partly mechanical. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine also carries out malolactic fermentation in steel. The 6-8 months aging takes place for 70% in American oak barrels while for 30% of the wine in steel tanks.
