Conte Vistarino's Merlino 2022 is a 100% Pinot Grigio.
The grapes are harvested by hand in the last week of August. Pressing is soft with a yield of 65%, after which the must remains in contact with its lees for 48 hours.
The wine matures in steel and is finally bottled six months after the harvest.

Colour: intense yellow.
perfume: good aromaticity, hints of white and yellow fruit.
Taste: round, full-bodied wine.

A white aperitif wine. Try it with a cold chicken salad.
