Martinenga Barbaresco 2019 Box da 6 bottiglie

Martinenga Barbaresco is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes and owes its name to the Martinenga vineyard, considered one of the most prestigious crus in the Barbaresco area.

Two different techniques are used to macerate the grapes: emerged cap maceration for the first eight to ten days and submerged cap maceration for the next twenty to thirty days. The must then undergoes both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 

Aging takes place in barriques for twelve months, followed by another twelve months in Slavonian oak barrels. Finally, the wine ages for another twelve months in bottle.
