Conte Vistarino's Costa del Nero is made exclusively from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes. After a 48-hour cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation lasting about 10 days begins.
After that, the wine ages in steel and partly in barriques until bottling, which takes place about 10 months after harvest.
