Bes Brut Vino Spumante estestest
A blend of 40 % Trebbiano, 30 % Malvasia, and 30 % Roscetto, it is grown by spurred cordon in Montefiascone, 400 m above sea level, on friable soil rich in pebbles.
The area's grapes are particularly suitable for obtaining a sparkling wine made using the Charmat method, as this wine is. After careful selection, the grapes are crushed to obtain a must that will be fermented at 13/15 °C, after which it will follow the final steps of the Charmat method.
This wine is characterised by fruity aromas and flavours, in particular notes of green apple, the mousse is delicate and pleasant and the finish offers fresh and enjoyable sensations.
