The Barolo 2018 by Ca 'Bianca is a perfect example of a modern Barolo playing on freshness and drinkability, undergoes a long maceration of 10 days at controlled temperatures and refining partly in large Slavonian barrels (30 hl) and in French barriques.
The result is an important wine with excellent freshness and drinkability.

Taste: Great softness and freshness are able to integrate to the structure and the tannins creating a balanced and austere wine
