Barolo 2019 Bio
Ceretto’s Barolo is obtained from the combination of Nebbiolo grapes grown in different villages: from La Morra and Barolo to Serralunga d’Alba passing through Castiglion Falletto. Its style is therefore the result of a balance between the different territorial personalities of Barolo. We know that Barolos of La Morra are more elegant and expressive, for example, compared to the firm and austere character of those of Serralunga d’Alba. We can say Ceretto’s is a classic Barolo, which corresponds to a traditional practice, aimed precisely at seeking balance and completeness.
The grapes ferment in steel vats at a controlled temperature with a medium maceration. The wine ages for a long time in oak barrels.
