Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut Butterfly
Butterfly is a very pleasant fruity dry sparkling wine obtained with Ribolla gialla grapes from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Ribolla gialla is a native Friulian grape variety, which has good acidity and fresh aromas of citrus and flowers. Xala is a dry sparkling wine of great immediacy and appeal, which is an original interpretation of this grape.
The base wine is made from a steel fermentation of the free-run must and a prolonged stay on the fine lees in steel. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave with the tank method. The sparkling wine is dosed with 10 g / l of sugars.
