Spumante Lambrusco Pjcol Ross owes its name to the grape variety from which it is produced. Lambrusco Pjcol Ross is an indigenous grape variety of the Val d'Enza, the production of which was reintroduced by Rinaldo Rinaldini, founder of the winery.
This wine is vinified using the submerged cap technique and following the Metodo Classico production process.
Features
Colour: bright purple-red.
perfume: complex and long of fresh red fruit.
Taste: forthright, dry, rightly tannic, with great texture and character.
Suggestions
Excellent with typical Emilian dishes, such as zampone and cotechino, but also goes well with flavorful fish dishes.
Recommended with: roasts, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
