Arianna Occhipinti Frappato Di Vittoria 2021Magnum

Composed of 100 % Frappato di Vittoria, a grape native to Sicily, grown in Vittoria, near Ragusa, in Sicily on sandy soil of calcareous origin with guyot and sapling.

The grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation, which is spontaneous using only indigenous yeasts, takes place in cement vats with maceration on the skins for 30 days, and finally ageing takes place in Slavonian oak casks for 14 months and one month in bottles.

The wine that is put on the market is a perfect summary of the area, the terroir and the mechanics that have been used to make it, it is in fact a wine with a strong, almost rough character, with decisive and intense flavours that leave you amazed at first sip but also very delicate thanks to the balance of freshness and its mineral part. In the end it is rich, structured and balanced
