Arianna Occhipinti founded her wine cellar in 2004 in Vittoria, in the province of Ragusa, buying a hectare of land at the foot of the Iblei mountains, having great success right from the start. In fact, in a short time she went from her single hectare to twenty-two, divided between them by traditional dry-stone walls.

The vines cultivated are exclusively native: Frappato, Nero d'avola, Cerasuolo di Vittoria and Zibibbo; all grown on sandy soil of calcareous origin with sapling or guyot.

Right from the start of her adventure, Arianna has wanted to put respect for the environment and the land at the heart of her company. In fact, only copper and sulphur treatments are used in the vineyard and only indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation.

The Occhipinti brand bottles are in fact a sincere and authentic expression of the land where they are born, Sicily.
