Ante Etna Bianco 2019
The name derives from the anagram of the word Etna, the blend is made with the white grape varieties that are perhaps the most representative of this wonderful area.
The vineyards are located on the north side between 800 and 1200 meters above sea level, the soils are sandy and volcanic in composition, managing to give great mineral strength to the wines.
To preserve fruit and integrity, the grapes are softly pressed, the must is then aged in stainless steel vats.
A white Etna of splendid aromatic intensity accompanied by unique sulfur and mineral notes.
Features
Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: saturnine peach, hints of sulfur, anise, thyme.
Taste: a wine of a beautiful living and saline material, which manages to be broad and shouldered in an intriguing and never predictable mouth.
Suggestions
Ideal for ethnic dinners thanks to this strong and volcanic salinity, it can also remain in the cellar for 4/5 years.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes.
