We are in the last great territory discovered in enological Italy. The charm of Etna is now known as its great vocation for viticulture thanks to a unique and impervious territory, large temperature variations from day to night and highly resistant vines.

The vineyards are located between 650 and 1200 meters above sea level. The vines are planted with saplings on soils rich in porphyry and lava, with a high density per hectare and a quincunx system. The ancient lava stone terraces help the drainage of rainwater and ensure good ventilation. Despite the great propensity for the vineyard from a qualitative point of view, the Etna lands are impervious in their workings, which is why this reality, like many others, is to be considered and appreciated as 'Eroic'.
