The blend is 100 % Aleatico-based and is cultivated in Bolsena with spurred cordon, on friable and pebble-rich soil, 300 m above sea level.
The selected grapes are harvested at the beginning of October and macerated on the skins for 10 hours at 10°C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in autoclaves according to the Charmat method.
The wine shows great freshness and excellent aromaticity, enriched by its sweetness that goes very well with its effervescence, in the end it is an aromatic product that is easy to drink.
Features
Colour: bright claret pink, with rosy mousse.
perfume: fragrant, cherry, wild flowers, sweet spices, caramelised almonds.
Taste: sweet, aromatic, fresh and savoury.
Suggestions
Serve in a Rhenish goblet at a temperature of 8/10 °C. We recommend drinking it together with an excellent apricot tart.
Recommended with: dry pastries, cakes.
